Somkélé: The Lyrical Factory!

Somkele is a rapper, singer, songwriter, voiceover actor and video editor. He's also a mixing engineer (in the making).

 

Born on the 13th of June 1998 in Lawanson Surulere Lagos Nigeria, he's a native of Ohanso ndoki in Ukwa-East LGA in Abia state, Nigeria.

His music journey started at about 11yrs of age, singing and rapping in School, Church and amongst friends at social gatherings. However, he started making music professionally in 2015. 

He has performed and contested at some notable events and platforms like the Hennesey VS class rap contest in 2017, top 10 finalist at Vibe contest at the unique X pro studios in 2018,Top 5 finalist at the The big stage talent hunt in 2018 and was also amongst the 5 lucky artists and the only rapper to get a production deal at the Audio hives studios from the 2017 class of the Street Project foundation.

He has few freestyle contents online and one official music video out.

 He is currently working on an E.P which would be released within the first quarter of the year 2022.
